Ad Society was so excited to kick off its first GBM with guest speaker SCAD Media! Scad Media is a multifaceted advertising and marketing communications agency based in Germany, New York, Arizona, and right here in Gainesville, Florida (at the UF Innovation center). SCAD media has serviced many companies and universities such as The University of Arizona, Golden Arrow, NEU Therapeutics, and many more!
SCAD media helps support different local, startup businesses by creating their websites, promotional video content, print materials, and many other services. For example, SCAD Media produces UF Innovation’s Tech Tuesday segment. Tech Tuesday highlights different startups, graduate companies, technology companies and inventors.
During the meeting, members had the pleasure of listening to Alexander Ganz, the owner of SCAD media discuss many of the projects that the company has loved working on. One project that the team has loved working on is a video game trailer for THQ Nordic’s newest game, Expeditions: Rome. The team got the chance to travel to Germany and attend Gamescom, Germany’s biggest gaming conference, to launch the video game trailer. This has even led them to create more trailers and promotional content for the company
